Oscar Wilde book collection. Salome, The importance of being Earnest and Lady Windermere’s fan have in common the signature vision of society and interpersonal relationships that Wilde usually showed in his work. Abstract shapes are used to represent what the characters go through or are compared to in these stories. Using the same circular shape and gradient as a base made them be part of the same group. This way, Salome is the moon, Earnest is this double or divided indetity and Lady Windermere shows the difficult relationship between marriage and infidelity.
